ENGAGING THE BIBLE

There are many ways to read, study, or pray the Bible as a family. No matter what you do-- it's about finding your own story in God's Story. Don't be afraid. There is no wrong way to start. Put your toes in. Wade in. Or just jump. God will meet you there.

Be Not Afraid

Thunderstorms. Earthquakes. Monsters under the bed. People yelling. News reports  of horrific violence. Children can be frightened easily. Together, talk about fears and how to feel safe.

Pajama Walk

Go for a walk together in the moonlight (in jammies to make it more fun) and discuss how you can be a light to the world by reflecting the Light of Christ to others.
